Here we are, ready and excited to spend a month in Hossegor, the “playground” of every surfer: high-quality waves, skate parks for all tastes, a massive surf outlet, and the best athletes in the world from whom you can pick up some tricks and moves.
Our surf house is the perfect place for young surfers: a three-story villa nestled in the green pine forest, a chill area where you can watch surf movies or analyze your sea lessons on video, a ping pong and foosball area for evening tournaments... close to the center of Hossegor and the beaches!
Surfing through the Academy is a unique life school, allowing you to grow while facing the sea, which demands respect and seriousness. The Academy group also enables the kids to travel and meet peers from Italy and across Europe, encouraging socialization, including through English. Over the years, Blackwave's competitive team has shaped dozens of young surfers, who are now continuing their studies and careers while maintaining a strong connection to the sea through surfing.
SURF CAMP
WHAT IT INCLUDES:
- 7 nights in shared rooms with full board
- 2 surf lessons every day for all levels or alternative activities
- Equipment rental for beginners
- Transfers to surf spots
- Pick-up and drop-off at Lourdes airport if traveling in a group with the recommended flights

- 2 evening outings with transport in our van (at the specified times with instructors)
EXCLUDED SERVICES:

*WEEKLY PROGRAM *
Every day, we will search for the best waves based on each group's level. After a hearty breakfast, surfboards on the roof, and we’re off! Each surfer will be responsible for their own equipment, learning how to transport it safely.
After a thorough spot check, we’ll head into the water for the first session with an instructor. Lunch will be at the house or on the beach, and then we’ll be ready for the second surf session!
Surfing can be quite tiring, so we’ll organize alternative dry activities, with plenty of rest breaks to recharge our energy.
In the evening, we’ll all have dinner together at the surf house, but we can't miss a night out at Jack's Burger—a must for any surf camp in Hossegor!
Two nights a week, we’ll also go out in the center of Hossegor, accompanied by the instructors.
*FOCUS ON EXTRA SURF ACTIVITIES *
Hossegor offers many outdoor activities suitable for kids. Below are the ones that have been the most popular over the years:
CAPBRETON SKATE PARK: Located about 15 minutes from Roofless, it’s one of the best skate parks in Europe. We’ll train and try moves on both skateboards and scooters. We recommend bringing your own skateboard from Italy and the necessary protective gear to stay safe while practicing.
SURF OUTLET: This is not just an outlet to buy discounted items, but a true surf temple where you can admire the best equipment and clothing from around the world. The “Zone” is just a 15-minute walk from our surf house.
VISIT TO THE SHAPING ROOM: A “must” for anyone passionate about surfing and curious about how surfboards are made.
DINNER ON THE BEACH: There’s nothing better than a sunset surf session followed by dinner right on the beach.
ACCOMMODATION
Our surf house is specifically designed to accommodate surfers of all ages. It has a full kitchen, a terrace to relax between surf sessions, and a shared area to analyze the day's sessions!
It’s a natural environment, surrounded by greenery, yet close to the best surf spots in the area and numerous skate parks to practice surf moves on dry land.
